Since it was launched by the manufacturer, it generally takes a long time for a defense equipment product to be successful in the export market. However, there is a shortcut if you don't want to wait too long, one of which is by sending the defense equipment in question to the battlefield.
Let it be clear, this defense equipment is used by foreign militaries, so that if it is successful it will achieve the title of battle proven and be more 'trusted'.

He confirmed the supply of Akeron MP anti-tank missiles, among other weapon systems consisting mainly of Mistral air defense (hanud) missiles, CAESAR TRF1 155 mm self-propelled howitzers to Ukraine.
By MBDA Systems, the Akeron MP is designed as an anti-tank missile for operational reality by combining the latest technologies in terms of high-resolution multi-band imaging, multi-effect warheads (anti-tank, anti-infrastructure, anti-personnel), data link (datalink), and Multi algorithm guidance based on artificial intelligence (AI) techniques.
The Akeron MP is identical to the US-made anti-tank missile, the FGM-148 Javelin. MBDA says this fifth generation tactical missile can be launched from ground-based and naval-based platforms. The missile operates using the fire and forget technique and Man On The Loop mode which is characteristic of modern anti-tank missiles.
The Akeron MP weighs (including the launch tube) 15 kg. The length of the missile in the canister is 1.3 meters with a diameter of 140 mm. Talking about shooting distance, the Akeron MP can reach targets as far as 4,000 meters. For the control path, it uses fiber optics which produces real time response and is jam-free.
Akeron offers operators the ability to have the widest spectrum of tactical options to engage their targets, thanks to its many possible engagement modes which include – fire and forget, human in the loop, locking the target before firing (LOBL), and locking on after firing (LOAL) with a beyond line of sight (BLOS) shooting pattern.
Even though it is primarily targeted at destroying MBTs (Main Battle Tanks), the Akeron MP is believed to be reliable in destroying targets in the form of fortification bases and infrastructure. Outside France, the Akeron MP, which was launched in June 2022, is currently being used by the Egyptian military.
